President/Chief Executive Officer
Stephon Grey is the Executive President of the Forensic CPA Society and serves as Consultant Head of investigations at Baker & Partners (UK)—a distinguished firm with offices in London, the Cayman Islands, and the British Virgin Islands. A seasoned forensic accountant, Mr. Grey brings deep expertise to the energy sector, having conducted over 64 forensic audits and served as an Independent Assessor to three major US and UK energy conglomerates. His efforts have led to the recovery and prevention of millions in losses due to contract fraud and abuse. Mr. Grey is a sought-after speaker at global conferences and training events on asset tracing, recovery, and forensic accounting. His advisory work has contributed to the establishment of asset recovery agencies in the Caribbean and East Africa, and his consulting engagements span the Americas, Asia, and Europe. He has also advised five of the world’s leading international investigative and audit firms. His impactful role in regional capacity-building includes serving as a lead trainer under initiatives funded by the U.S. Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) and administered by the National Center for State Courts (NCSC). Through this collaboration, he has trained over 200 law enforcement officers, prosecutors, and state attorneys across the Caribbean, enhancing their capabilities in financial crime investigations. These efforts have resulted in the production of high-quality forensic reports and expert courtroom testimony by regional practitioners.

Lixiu Chen, a CPA with dual legal qualifications, has vast experience in auditing, finance, risk, and enterprise management. She has served as CFO and senior executive in top firms, excelling in strategy and leadership. She champions the Forensic CPA Society's growth in China, promoting professionalism, innovation, and expanding its influence and membership.
Director of Education
With dual expertise in finance and law, Sunny Li has extensive experience in financial management, auditing, asset evaluation, and tax consulting. At Baker Tilly China, she led audits for various enterprises and risk control initiatives. She now drives course development for the Forensic CPA Society, integrating theory with practice in finance, tax, compliance, and forensic accounting.

A Business Administration graduate from Hebei University, Jiawen Wang has over 10 years' experience in strategic marketing within education services. Skilled in product marketing, branding, and digital strategy, he leverages market insight to unlock brand potential, strengthen the Society’s competitiveness, and drive its sustainable growth through effective, results-driven marketing programs.

Ms. Elias, a certified educator in the UK and US, has taught in eight countries, bringing global expertise to curriculum design, teacher development, and student engagement. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. As Education and Training Advisor with Forensic CPA Society, Ms. Elias advances forensic accounting education, financial literacy, and fraud detection through innovative, internationally informed training initiatives. Her expertise in interdisciplinary instruction and professional development continues to drive innovative, equitable, and future-ready learning experiences worldwide.
Territory Leader – Africa
Dr. Perry Stanislas is an international expert in policing and security with over 40 years of experience. A former UK police officer, he currently serves as Programme Director for Postgraduate Policing and Security Studies at Canterbury Christ Church University. Dr. Stanislas has led major police education initiatives worldwide, delivering training to law enforcement professionals across Africa and the Caribbean. He is the author of several key publications in the field and holds executive membership in the Association of Caribbean Criminal Justice Professionals (ACJP), as well as honorary membership in the Caribbean Institute of Forensic Accountants. He earned his PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Rosa Esteves is a forensic auditor and compliance consultant with over 10 years' international experience at PwC, KPMG, BDO, and in the energy and mining sectors. She specializes in fraud prevention, investigation, and compliance systems. She currently serves as President of Ethics Peru, promoting integrity and compliance best practices nationwide.
Territory Leader – Canada
Gillian Ash, Director at Governance Associates Inc., is a Certified Fraud and Forensic Investigator with over a decade of experience. She is the Professional Development Education Officer at the Society and specializes in financial analysis, fraud detection, and internal controls. Holding a Master's in Fraud and Financial Investigations, Gillian promotes ethics and transparency through education, high-profile investigations, and public awareness initiatives.
